Here is the full outline of our terms and commission structure:

1. Scope of Affiliate Terms1.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company's services and refer potential customers via the tracking link and platform provided by the Company.

1.2 The Company will compensate the Affiliate for each completed job that qualifies under this Agreement, as defined in Section 4.2. Affiliate Commission Structure2.1 The Affiliate will earn a commission based on the volume of completed jobs per calendar month, as follows:£40 per job for fewer than 50 jobs completed in the month.£50 per job for 50–200 jobs completed in the month.£60 per job for over 200 jobs completed in the month.2.2 Commission calculation is based on the completion date of the job (see Section 4 for definition).

2.3 Monthly payouts are based on the sliding scale applicable for the total volume of jobs completed in that calendar month.3. Payment Terms3.1 Affiliates must submit an invoice for commissions on the first day of the month following the month in which the jobs were completed.

3.2 Payments will be made within 14 days of receiving a valid invoice.

3.3 Payments will be issued in GBP via the payment method selected in the Affiliate Portal.

3.4 Any payment disputes must be directed to billing@Servicing Stop within 30 days of receipt of payment.4. Definition of a Completed Job4.1 A "completed job" is defined as a lead that:Was first referred via the Affiliate’s unique tracking link,Paid for the service,Had the work completed on their car, andReceived the car back after the work was finished.4.2 Commission payouts are based on the month in which the job is completed, not the booking date.5. Attribution and Validity5.1 A lead will be attributed to the Affiliate if a booking is made via the Affiliate's tracking link within 30 days of the initial referral.

5.2 The Company will provide real-time tracking of bookings and completions via the Affiliate's dedicated tracking link and custom platform.6. Prohibited Activities6.1 The Affiliate may not bid on the Company's brand name ("Servicing Stop") or any related terms in any pay-per-click (PPC) or search engine marketing campaigns.

6.2 The Affiliate must disclose all keywords they intend to bid on, and the Company reserves the right to prohibit specific keywords at its sole discretion.

6.3 The Affiliate may not engage in activities that could mislead customers or harm the Company's reputation, including but not limited to unauthorized use of the Company's trademarks or branding.6.4 Intentionally driving large quantities of non-UK traffic (this is a UK-only offer).

7. Support and Communication7.1 For billing-related queries, the Affiliate may contact billing@Servicing Stop.

7.2 For marketing or development requests, the Affiliate may contact andrew.fajemisin@Servicing Stop.8. Termination8.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Affiliate's participation in the program at any time for breach of the terms outlined herein or for any reason deemed necessary by the Company.

8.2 Upon termination, any unpaid commissions that do not meet the minimum payment threshold will be forfeited.9. Miscellaneous9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

9.2 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
