PO.P+ is the brand's free loyalty and benefits programme. Joining is free and can be done directly on the website when creating an account or at the point of checkout.

Yes. Customers can refer a friend to the brand and, when that friend places a qualifying full-price order, the referring customer receives a reward towards a future purchase. The friend also benefits from a discount on their first order. Full details and current terms are available on the website, as the specifics of the scheme may vary over time.

Standard delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free on orders of £40 or more, with parcels typically arriving within two to four working days. Express next-day delivery through DPD is also available for orders placed before 2pm, with free express delivery on qualifying larger orders. A free Click and Collect service is available at Polarn O. Pyret stores and selected Waitrose locations for orders that meet the minimum spend threshold.

Polarn O. Pyret offers a generous 90-day returns window on items that remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns can be made via a dedicated online portal, with options including a free tracked paperless return, collection, or drop-off point. It is advisable to keep proof of postage when returning items.

The brand runs sales across a number of key retail moments throughout the year. Shoppers can look out for a January sale featuring reductions on winter clothing, mid-season sales in spring and autumn, and promotional events around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. A baby clearance and a children's clearance section are also maintained on the site, offering discounts on selected lines. It is worth noting that promotional codes are generally not valid in conjunction with sale prices.

Signing up to receive PO.P+ emails means being among the first to hear about new arrivals, upcoming sales, and exclusive promotions throughout the year. Beyond the welcome discount, members can expect ongoing perks delivered directly to their inbox, including early access to sale events which can be particularly useful given that popular styles and sizes tend to sell out quickly.
