Tower Housewares Promo Code 7 October 2026

Yes. New customers who subscribe to the Tower Housewares newsletter are sent a welcome discount code that can be applied to their first qualifying order. The discount is subject to a minimum spend and excludes certain product categories, including sale items, spare parts, and microwaves. It is worth reading the associated terms before placing an order, as the code is single-use and cannot be combined with other promotions. For those buying kitchen appliances for the first time from the brand, this is one of the more straightforward ways to reduce the initial outlay.

Tower Housewares does offer a discount to eligible NHS and emergency services workers through the Blue Light Card scheme. Verified cardholders can access a dedicated discount via the Blue Light Card portal. This benefit is available on a broad range of products across the site. There is no separate student discount currently offered, though the brand's seasonal promotions and permanent special offers section can still provide meaningful savings for budget-conscious shoppers of any kind.

Standard delivery is free when an order reaches the required minimum spend threshold. Orders below that threshold incur a standard delivery charge, and a faster next-day delivery option is also available for an additional fee. Orders placed before 2pm on business days are prioritised for next-day dispatch where applicable. It is worth checking the current delivery terms on the website directly, as the threshold and charges can vary during promotional periods.

Beyond the welcome discount on a first order, newsletter subscribers are kept informed of new product launches, exclusive promotions, and early access to seasonal sales. The brand occasionally shares offers through the newsletter that are not publicly advertised elsewhere, making it a practical way to stay ahead of any upcoming deals. Subscribers also receive cooking inspiration, recipe ideas, and product guidance particularly useful given Tower's reputation for its air fryer range.

The brand participates in major retail moments throughout the year, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, and January Sales. Summer clearance events have also been observed, often featuring reductions on outdoor cooking and garden products. During quieter periods, a dedicated Special Offers section on the site carries ongoing reductions across categories, and individual product pages are sometimes tagged with Price Drop labels to highlight instant savings. Checking the site around key shopping events is a reliable strategy for those planning larger purchases.

Yes. Tower Housewares operates a dedicated Spares and Accessories section on its website, where customers can browse and order replacement parts for their appliances. This is particularly useful for extending the life of existing products rather than replacing them outright. If a specific part cannot be located through the site, the customer care team can be contacted directly via email at customerservice@Tower Housewares, with the model number provided to speed up the process. The team operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

Most Tower Housewares products include a standard one-year warranty from the date of purchase. However, customers who register their product on the Tower website within 28 days of buying it can unlock an extended warranty at no additional cost with some products eligible for cover of up to ten years. This makes product registration a worthwhile step immediately after purchase. The warranty is valid in the UK and Eire, and proof of purchase is required to make a claim.

In addition to standard card payments, Tower Housewares offers buy-now-pay-later options through providers such as Klarna and Clearpay. These allow eligible customers to spread the cost of a purchase across instalments, which can be helpful when buying multiple appliances or higher-value items. Terms and eligibility vary by provider and should be reviewed at the point of checkout.

When using a tower housewares discount code, the code should be entered into the designated field at the checkout stage, before completing payment. Codes are case-sensitive, must be entered without extra spaces, and typically cannot be combined with other active promotions. Most codes carry an expiry date and apply only to full-price products above a minimum basket value. It is always worth verifying the specific terms attached to each code, as exclusions such as sale items, microwaves, or accessories are common. Checking a dedicated voucher page or signing up to PriceReduc newsletter alerts is one of the most reliable ways to be notified when a valid code becomes available.

Signing up for the PriceReduc newsletter is one of the easiest ways to receive timely alerts when new discount codes or promotions for Tower Housewares are available. Rather than manually checking for deals, subscribers are notified directly when relevant offers are live useful for seasonal events and flash sales in particular. Tower Housewares is also active on social media, where it shares competitions, recipe content, and product announcements through channels including Instagram and Facebook under @towerhousewares.
