Iceland discount codes valid in November 2026

Iceland runs a dedicated new customer offer page on its website, aimed at shoppers placing their first online order. The retailer has also been known to promote free same-day delivery to new customers making their first purchase online, particularly around busy shopping periods. Exact terms and eligibility can vary, so it is worth checking the new customer offer page directly before placing a first order.

Iceland offers free next-day delivery on orders over £40 for standard online shopping. The retailer has also offered free next-day delivery on orders above £25 as part of promotional periods designed to encourage online membership sign-ups. Members of the Iceland Bonus Club loyalty scheme can access free home delivery when spending over £40, and in some areas, free same-day delivery is available as well.

The Iceland Bonus Club, previously known as the Bonus Card, is a free-to-join loyalty and savings scheme. Members preload money onto their Bonus Card in-store or online, and Iceland adds £1 for every £20 saved, equivalent to a 5% bonus. Balances can be spent both in Iceland stores and at The Food Warehouse, and the same card links directly to a customer's online account so that balances and rewards appear automatically when shopping on the website. The scheme has been running in various forms for more than twenty years and was relaunched under the Bonus Club name in 2025 with expanded benefits.

Bonus Club members can access member-only prices on selected products when shopping in-store or online. The scheme has also introduced Bonus Club Rewards, giving members access to discounts and perks with selected partner brands. These partner benefits are separate from the core cash-back mechanic and have expanded gradually since the club's relaunch.

Iceland has offered a discount for customers aged 60 and over on Tuesdays, available on in-store food shopping when a Bonus Card and valid ID are shown at the till. This discount applies to in-store purchases rather than online orders.

Some retailer-focused sources report that Iceland has offered referral incentives, where an existing customer and the friend they refer can both receive a discount on a future order. As referral offers can change or run only for limited periods, it is best to confirm current terms on the official website before relying on this.

Signing up to Iceland's email newsletter allows customers to receive updates on multibuy deals, seasonal promotions and other offers relevant to their account. Iceland also maintains an active presence on social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, where seasonal offers and product updates are shared.

Iceland has been observed running promotions around key shopping periods, including Easter, Christmas and Black Friday. During the Christmas period, the Bonus Club has historically included "Mega Top-Up" windows that offer additional bonuses on preloaded funds, encouraging customers to save ahead of the festive season. Specific offer amounts vary by season and are best checked directly on the site closer to the time.

Iceland has partnered with delivery specialist Stuart to offer scheduled same-day grocery delivery in a growing number of UK locations. Customers can shop in-store from Iceland's full range and then book a two-hour delivery slot for later the same day, covering both frozen essentials and bulkier grocery items. This service has expanded to well over a hundred Iceland sites following a successful initial trial, and free same-day delivery in London is also available for orders under two hours.
