KAYTEA discounts valid in November 2026

New customers who sign up to KAYTEA's mailing list can receive 10% off their first order. This is offered in exchange for joining the newsletter, which also brings updates on new flavours, restocks, and occasional recipes.

KAYTEA runs a refer-a-friend programme. Customers who refer someone can receive £5 as a reward, giving existing customers a straightforward way to earn credit while introducing others to the brand.

KAYTEA offers a subscribe-and-save option, allowing customers to receive their favourite teas on a recurring basis while saving 15% compared to a one-off purchase. This suits regular drinkers who want to avoid running out of stock and prefer a lower ongoing price.

KAYTEA provides free UK shipping on orders over £25. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, with delivery typically taking between four and seven working days once shipped. At present, KAYTEA only delivers within the UK.

Beyond the initial 10% welcome discount, joining the KAYTEA newsletter keeps subscribers informed about new flavour launches, product restocks, and occasional recipe ideas featuring the brand's teas and infusions.

Customers who are unhappy with their purchase can return products within 30 days of receipt by contacting KAYTEA through its online contact form. Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind requests or on sale items, and customers are responsible for return postage and packaging costs.
