VOUCHER RESTRICTIONS

All voucher code sales will be awarded up to 2% commission. Unless the code has been created solely for a MissyEmpire promotion outside the affiliate channel. These would include: Social Media, On-site, Email. If an affiliate has a pre-agreed exclusive voucher code, then default commission will be awarded, unless otherwise agreed.

DOMAIN RESTRICTIONS

Affiliates are requested not to use domains owned by Missy Empire as their display URL in any paid search campaign without express written permission.

Affiliates wishing to promote Missy Empire through search engine marketing via a landing page should first contact the account management team to discuss this.

PPC affiliates applying to the Missy Empire programme without first discussing their plans for promotion may find that their application is declined. All PPC campaigns must be run by the Account Manager first. Any affiliate found to be running a PPC who has not had approval from etailPR or Missy Empire directly may have their commission removed.

Affiliates are asked not to register URLs with Missyempire’s trademarked terms contained in their domain. Brand terms may be contained within the subdomain, e.g.:

- www.Missy Empire – Not allowed

- www.vouchercodes.com/Missy Empire - Allowed

Affiliates may not put Missyempire website into frames or use masked URLs.

Please do not hesitate to contact if you have any specific requests regarding content, banners and competitions.

Please do not promote any vouchers not included on the affiliate Voucher Manager, unless authorised to do so. For more information check the 'Terms' tab. Missy Empire de-dupe against other sales channels via Google Analytics, and reserve the right to decline trasnactions which do not track via Google Analytics.
