Smile Aligners Discount Code in October 2026

New visitors to the site are offered a percentage discount on their first order, presented through a sign-up prompt on the website. This is aimed at customers who are visiting for the first time and considering starting a treatment plan.

Smile Aligners provides a dedicated discount for students, offering a set reduction on clear aligner treatment for those who can show valid student identification. This is presented as part of the brand's effort to make treatment more accessible for people on a limited budget.

A separate discount is offered to active and retired members of the armed forces, presented as a token of appreciation for their service. In addition, a discount is available for Blue Light Card holders, a scheme generally associated with NHS staff, emergency services, and social care workers. Both discounts require some form of verification before they can be applied.

The brand runs a "refer and earn" programme, allowing existing customers to share a unique referral link with friends. Once a referred friend begins their own aligner treatment and their order is completed, the referrer receives a reward. This is designed to benefit both existing customers and newcomers to the brand.

Based on available information, no formal points-based or tiered loyalty scheme is currently advertised. Ongoing incentives instead appear to be structured around the referral programme and periodic seasonal promotions rather than a dedicated loyalty programme.

Aligners and impression kits are delivered directly to the customer's home as part of the standard ordering process. The website does not clearly state a specific delivery fee structure beyond this, so customers who want confirmation on delivery costs for their exact order are best placed to check details at checkout or contact customer support directly.

Visitors who submit their email address through the website's sign-up form are offered a discount on their first order, as noted above. This appears to be the primary incentive currently linked to joining the mailing list.

The brand has featured a Christmas-themed promotional banner on its website, encouraging customers to begin treatment in time for the festive season. As with other seasonal campaigns across many retailers, the specific terms and availability of such offers can change, so current details are best confirmed directly on the website at the time of purchase.

The company offers a guarantee for customers who are assessed as unsuitable for treatment. If, after reviewing a customer's impressions or scans, the Smile Specialist team determines that clear aligner treatment is not the right option, a refund is provided. Full terms are set out in the brand's refund policy page.
