5Kind Discount Code 8 October 2026

Yes. Shoppers who sign up to the 5kind newsletter are offered a percentage discount on their first order, applied at checkout once the email subscription is confirmed. This welcome offer is presented on the official website as an incentive for joining the mailing list and is separate from any seasonal promotions that may run throughout the year.

5kind runs an email newsletter that subscribers can join directly from the website. In addition to the first-order discount, subscribers receive updates on new product launches, ingredient information and any exclusive offers the brand chooses to share with its mailing list. Customers can unsubscribe at any time.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £20. Orders under this threshold are charged a flat delivery fee. UK parcels are typically sent via Royal Mail Tracked services, including delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, usually arriving within two to four working days. International delivery is also available to the Republic of Ireland, most of Europe, Iceland and other international destinations, though 5kind does not currently ship to the USA or Australia.

5kind offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt. Customers who are unhappy with a purchase can request a return by contacting customer support, who will issue a returns label. Items can be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method, though return postage is paid by the customer rather than the retailer.

Like many UK retailers, 5kind has been known to run promotional offers around key shopping periods observed across the UK retail calendar, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Details and availability of these events can vary from year to year, so shoppers are encouraged to check the website directly for current promotions rather than relying on fixed discount expectations.

Some 5kind products have historically been available through a subscribe-and-save style ordering option, allowing customers to receive repeat deliveries automatically. Customers considering this option should review the subscription terms carefully at checkout, as cancellations must typically be requested directly with customer support before the next billing cycle.

5kind provides customer support via email at support@5kind.co.uk. The company has stated that it aims to respond to queries, including order issues and subscription cancellations, and Trustpilot data shows the brand has replied to a notable proportion of customer reviews, including negative ones, as part of its customer service approach.
