Standard delivery within the UK is generally offered free on all orders, with dispatch often on the same day if ordered before mid‑afternoon on weekdays. A tracked delivery upgrade and next‑day special delivery option are available for an extra charge.

Subscribers to the brand’s newsletter can receive a welcome discount code for use on their first order, although specific terms and availability may vary over time. Signing up also keeps customers informed about new collections and upcoming deals directly from Philip Jones Jewellery.

The retailer regularly highlights seasonal sales and clearance events throughout the year, including promotions around occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Black Friday and the winter holiday period, where selected pieces are offered at reduced prices.

Customers can return unworn jewellery in original condition for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Most products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering regular use.

There is no official, ongoing student or profession‑specific discount scheme listed on the retailer’s own site at present, though occasional third‑party promotions may reference such offers; always check the current site terms.
