This affiliate programme provides a standard commission rate of 6% on all sales generated through social media activities related to the campaign. Affiliates may negotiate for enhanced commission rates of up to 10%.

The Publisher Agreement, herein referred to as this Agreement, is established between the affiliate and the organisation, with Awin and its corporate affiliates not being parties to this Agreement. Both parties aim to define the terms and conditions governing advertising and commission structures arising from participation in Awin (B2C).

Key responsibilities include:

1. Compliance with applicable laws is mandatory.

2. The placement and prominence of links on the affiliate's site must adhere to specified engagement requirements while allowing discretion.

3. No representations regarding the organisation, its site, or products may be made without explicit authorisation.

4. Immediate notification is required for any issues with specified URLs.

5. Non-compliance with outlined restrictions may result in forfeiture of commissions and potential termination of the Agreement.

Affiliates must refrain from using non-authorised promotion codes or engaging in misleading practices, including spam. All traffic must be directed through approved URLs. Regular monitoring of the affiliate's site will occur to ensure adherence to the Agreement.

Changes to Required URLs or Content require prior written consent. Affiliates must not engage in illegal activities, display misleading content, or infringe upon trademarks. Adherence to these guidelines is essential for ongoing participation in the programme. Non-compliance may lead to the loss of commissions.
