Insulation & More Promo Code 8 October 2026

New customers can receive a percentage reduction on their first order by applying a promotional code at checkout. This welcome offer is aimed at first-time shoppers and is subject to the terms published on the site, so it is worth checking the current conditions before placing an order.

Insulation & More runs a VIP Loyalty Discount scheme based on a customer's total spend over the preceding six months. As spending increases, customers move through tiers that unlock progressively larger discounts, with the highest tier reserved for the most frequent, high-value buyers. There is no sign-up process or contract involved; qualification is calculated automatically from previous ordering activity, and customers can contact the team directly to check which tier applies to them.

Free shipping is available on orders over a set value, excluding VAT, with the threshold displayed at the top of the website. Eligible products ordered before 11am can qualify for next-day delivery on the UK mainland, and the site also provides a delivery tracking page so customers can follow the progress of their order.

Businesses and trade customers can contact the company directly to discuss trade pricing, bulk discounts and support for larger or repeat orders. A dedicated resources section also includes a hub for plumbers and heating engineers, along with technical documentation to assist with specification and compliance.

Insulation & More offers a Buy Now, Pay Later option through Klarna, giving customers a flexible and secure way to spread the cost of their purchase at checkout.

Customer support is available by phone, email or online chat, with a stated aim of connecting shoppers with knowledgeable, industry-experienced staff. The company's stated office hours run Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with the office closed at weekends.
