Buy Fencing Direct Promo Code 8 October 2026

Delivery is free on the majority of products, though fencing and decking orders under £100 typically incur a small delivery charge. Once this threshold is met, customers may also be offered a Pick-a-Day delivery service, allowing a chosen delivery date to be selected free of charge. Customers receive a four-hour delivery slot two days in advance, followed by a two-hour window and driver tracking link on the day itself. Delivery to more remote postcode areas may carry a surcharge, and choosing delivery on a Friday, Saturday or bank holiday can also incur an additional fee. Product pages display delivery information relevant to that specific item, so checking individual listings before ordering is recommended.

Buy Fencing Direct runs a newsletter sign-up scheme through which new subscribers can receive a welcome discount on a future order. The exact value and qualifying spend of this offer can vary over time, so it is worth checking the current terms directly on the website before relying on it. Beyond the initial welcome discount, subscribers typically continue to receive updates on seasonal sales, new product arrivals and member-only offers sent by email.

Newsletter subscribers are kept informed about upcoming promotions, product news and seasonal campaigns before they are widely advertised elsewhere. This can be a useful way to plan the timing of a larger garden project, since many of the retailer's promotional periods are tied to seasonal fencing and decking ranges.

For larger purchases, such as sheds, log cabins or bigger fencing projects, PayPal Credit is available as a financing option. Orders over £99 can qualify for an interest-free period on that purchase, while orders over £500 may be eligible for extended instalment plans, including a fully interest-free option over twelve months, with longer terms available at a fixed APR. All finance arrangements are provided and regulated by PayPal Credit rather than the retailer directly, and applications are subject to a credit check and standard affordability assessment. The company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a credit broker in relation to this service.

Customers can pay using all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment via invoice or bank transfer is also available for larger or bulk orders, arranged directly with the customer service team.

Buy Fencing Direct runs seasonal promotions throughout the year, often tied to garden and outdoor living ranges such as sheds, summerhouses and pressure-treated fencing. These campaigns tend to coincide with periods of increased garden activity, such as spring and early autumn, when interest in fencing and outdoor structures typically rises. As promotional periods and featured product ranges change regularly, checking the website's homepage or subscribing to the newsletter is the most reliable way to stay informed about current events.

Support is available by phone, email and live chat, with published support hours from Monday to Friday and reduced hours on bank holidays. Customer reviews on Trustpilot frequently mention clear communication throughout the ordering and delivery process, including confirmation emails and delivery time updates. The company also has a stated policy of responding to negative reviews, suggesting an active approach to resolving customer service issues.
