Dulux Offers 9 October 2026

The standard delivery charge is £4.99. Orders that reach £100 or more qualify for free delivery, so adding an extra item or two to a basket that sits just below the threshold can sometimes work out cheaper than paying the fee. Orders are delivered by FedEx, and a signature is required on arrival, so it is worth checking the packaging before signing.

Dulux sells colour testers and Peel & Stick samples, which are made with real Dulux paint and can be moved around a room to see how a shade looks in different light. Tester-only orders are sent by Royal Mail at a reduced delivery charge of £1.50, and delivery becomes free when an order contains three or more tester items. Tester bundles also qualify for free delivery. Before ordering, it is sensible to check that the chosen colour is available in the finish required, as not every shade comes in every finish. Testers are not suited to judging sheen or quality, so they are best used purely for colour.

Yes. The site invites visitors to join a monthly newsletter packed with decorating trends and ideas. Signing up involves confirming consent to marketing emails, and subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each message. Some voucher websites claim that subscribing unlocks a first-order discount, but this is not stated on Dulux itself, so anyone hoping for a code should check the terms shown at the time of sign-up.

According to the standard terms published on the site, only one discount code can be used per transaction. Codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be restricted to particular channels or products, so the conditions that come with each code should be read before use. Validity periods and values vary, and Dulux reserves the right to amend or withdraw a code without notice.

Past editions of the terms and conditions list several free-delivery events tied to the calendar, including Easter, the May and Spring bank holiday weeks, the Summer bank holiday week and Black Friday. These have appeared in more than one year, so similar periods may return, although dates and conditions change each time. Shoppers interested in a specific event can check the promotions section of the terms page for the current wording.

The Dulux Promise is a guarantee covering selected Dulux products. If the paint does not deliver the perfect colour, a uniform finish or the coverage stated on the tin, the customer can claim a voucher to replace it. Claims must be made within six months of purchase, and evidence such as an itemised receipt, a photograph of the painted wall and the batch number from the can is required. The paint must also have been applied to properly prepared surfaces following the instructions, and the promise covers the product only, not labour costs.

An order that has not yet shipped can be cancelled free of charge by contacting the Dulux Customer Care Centre by phone or email. After delivery, a shipped order can be cancelled within 30 days of receipt, provided proof of purchase is available and the goods are in original condition, with paint cans unopened and seals unbroken. A charge of £4.99 is deducted from the refund to cover return shipping, and the original delivery cost is not refundable. That deduction is waived for faulty products, which are refunded in full. Returns are collected by FedEx, and refunds are processed within 14 working days of the goods being received, using the original payment method.

Full cans of paint and accessories are delivered within mainland Great Britain only. Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands and selected Scottish Highland postcodes are not covered for these items. Testers and Peel & Stick samples follow slightly different rules, and the site notes that tester delivery to Northern Ireland is temporarily unavailable because of shipping restrictions, while the Channel Islands are not served for testers either. As these arrangements can change, the delivery information page is the best place to confirm the current position.

The checkout accepts PayPal, debit cards and credit cards, and payment for products and delivery is taken in advance. The site also displays several other payment options in its footer, including Klarna, although availability at checkout should be confirmed when placing an order.
