Hookii Promo Code valid in November 2026

Yes, free shipping is advertised across the Hookii storefront, appearing consistently alongside the site's warranty and return policy messaging. Customers shopping from the official store can expect delivery to their door without additional shipping charges on qualifying orders.

Hookii runs an affiliate program open to brand supporters, past customers, crowdfunding backers, and content creators in the smart home, home and garden, or automation space. Affiliates apply through ShareASale to receive a unique tracking link, and successful referrals can earn the affiliate a commission along with free blade sets. Customers referred through this program may also receive a discount on their own purchase, along with free blade sets, making it a mutually beneficial way to try Hookii products.

Hookii backs purchases from its official store with a two-year warranty, starting from the date the product is received. The company also offers a 30-day hassle-free return policy, allowing customers to send products back within that window as long as the item is in good working condition and the original packaging is intact. Hookii states that it provides return labels and offers local return services across North America and the EU to simplify the process.

The official store highlights several customer-facing benefits beyond shipping and warranty coverage. These include a seven-day price protection guarantee, multi-language guides and tutorials, dedicated customer service available through live chat and email, and a range of secure payment options including major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and installment payments through Klarna. Hookii also states that loyal customers may receive exclusive merchandise or accessories during select promotional periods.

Visitors to Hookii can subscribe by email to receive lawn care tips and updates on the Neomow X series. The site also promotes early access to limited-time offers for those who sign up, positioning the newsletter as a way to stay informed about upcoming promotions and product news.

Hookii has published seasonal and trade-show related content tied to moments such as CES and spoga+gafa, where the brand has introduced updates to its robotic mower lineup. The store's product pages also show ongoing sale pricing on select accessories throughout the year, though specific seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday are not confirmed with detailed terms on the current site.
