Yes. Shoppers who subscribe to the Hykoont email newsletter receive 15% off their first order. The sign-up form is available directly on the Hykoont website. This welcome discount is one of the easiest ways to save right away on a first purchase.

Hykoont runs a referral program open to all US residents who have a registered account on Hykoont. When a customer shares their unique referral link and a new shopper completes a qualifying purchase (minimum order of $99), the new customer receives 10% off their order and the referring customer earns a 5% commission. Rewards are reviewed and confirmed within 30 days of the qualifying purchase.

Hykoont offers a formal affiliate program for content creators, influencers, and publishers. Affiliates earn a 6% base commission with performance incentives and access to special promotional opportunities. The program includes a 30-day cookie window, along with banners, coupons, and other promotional materials to help partners drive sales. Applications can be submitted directly through the Hykoont affiliate page.

Hykoont provides free shipping and free returns on orders placed through its official website. Customs and duties taxes are included, which means no surprise charges at delivery. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days. International shipping is also available.

Hykoont backs its products with a warranty of up to 5 years, with easy exchanges available throughout that period. More specifically, lighting products come with a 3-year quality guarantee, while related accessories carry a 1-year warranty. During the warranty period, free repair services including parts and labor are provided for manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

Customers have a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for orders placed directly on Hykoont. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories. For returns related to product quality issues, Hykoont covers the associated shipping costs. The support team can be reached at support@Hykoont and typically replies within one business day.

Based on observed promotions, Hykoont has participated in major seasonal shopping events including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and extended pre-Black Friday sale periods. The brand has also run limited-time promotional events tied to specific product launches and bulk purchase deals. Since these events are time-limited and vary each year, exact details are not guaranteed to repeat but they have historically offered meaningful savings across the catalog.

The best way to never miss a Hykoont promo code or sale event is to sign up for PriceReduc deal alerts.
