OKUN Promo Codes valid in October 2026

OKUN's catalog centers on two main product lines: door handles designed for smooth operation and durability with reliable locking mechanisms, and architectural grilles available in several styles. The brand positions its products as an alternative to premium designer hardware, emphasizing easy installation and ergonomic design intended to fit standard doors and everyday use.

According to the site's own messaging, OKUN advertises free delivery within three to five days on its homepage. Shoppers can also use Shop Pay for buy-now-pay-later purchasing at checkout.

OKUN accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, parts, screws, and hardware included. Custom or special-order items, products that have been installed or modified, and clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return. Once a return is initiated through customer support, OKUN provides a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and they are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases involving defective or incorrect items. Customers who receive a damaged or defective product are asked to contact OKUN within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

OKUN invites visitors to sign up for its newsletter through a form featured on the website, describing it as a way for subscribers to be the first to learn about upcoming sales and promotions.

OKUN previously operated an affiliate program through UpPromote, but based on current information, this program has been discontinued and is no longer accepting new registrations.

OKUN describes itself as designed in New York City, with products crafted by artisans who combine contemporary design with traditional craftsmanship techniques. The brand states that its items are made from premium materials selected for durability, and that each product undergoes a finishing process intended to suit a range of interior styles, from lofts to townhouses.
