The website encourages users to subscribe to its mailing list to receive updates on product launches, promotions, and special offers. Newsletter sign-up is positioned as a way to stay informed about upcoming deals and new fitness product releases.

No clearly defined loyalty or referral scheme is prominently detailed on Walking Pad. Available information primarily focuses on product sales, seasonal promotions, and limited-time discount codes rather than ongoing rewards programmes.

The store features recurring seasonal promotions, including events such as spring and clearance sales. These events typically highlight discounted fitness equipment and bundle offers, with specific terms and savings varying by campaign period.
