Wilko Promo Code 8 October 2026

New visitors to the site are sometimes shown a pop-up inviting them to join the mailing list in exchange for a discount, typically around 10% off, redeemable on a future order. This offer is not guaranteed to appear for every visitor and can vary in availability, so shoppers are advised to check the homepage for any current sign-up prompt rather than assume a fixed welcome deal is always active.

Wilko provides a student discount through recognised verification services such as Student Beans, and it has also been linked with UNiDAYS in the past. Students who verify their status with a valid student email or ID can unlock a percentage off their order, useful for those furnishing student accommodation with items such as storage solutions, kitchen equipment, bedding, and stationery. Verification is usually instant once a valid student email address is confirmed.

There is currently no evidence of a formal loyalty, points-based rewards, or referral programme at Wilko. Shoppers looking to save are instead directed towards the newsletter, seasonal sales, and the dedicated offers and clearance sections of the site.

Subscribing to the Wilko email newsletter gives customers early notice of upcoming sales, new product launches, and seasonal promotions. Subscribers may also receive occasional exclusive discount codes sent directly to their inbox, making it a straightforward way to stay informed about savings without needing to check the site regularly. Sign-up is available via a form at the bottom of the Wilko homepage.

Free standard home delivery is available on orders over £59. Orders that fall below this threshold are charged a standard delivery fee. Alongside home delivery, Wilko offers free Click & Collect from more than 200 participating store locations, with no minimum spend required, and orders are often ready within an hour when placed before the daily cut-off time.

Customers can order online and choose to collect from a nearby wilko store rather than paying for home delivery. Orders placed before 6pm from Monday to Saturday, or 2pm on Sunday, are generally ready to collect within an hour, while later orders are typically ready by 11am the following day. Shoppers are given a set number of days to collect their order before it is released, and they will need their "Ready to collect" confirmation, order number, or QR code to pick items up in store.

Wilko allows returns within 28 days of receiving an order, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For online and Click & Collect orders, customers generally need to notify wilko of their intention to return an item within 14 days of receipt, then complete the return within a further 14 days, giving a combined 28-day window. Certain items, such as made-to-measure products or goods with hygiene seals that have been opened, are excluded from this policy. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, any delivery charge paid is also refunded.

Wilko accepts a broad range of payment options, including major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and buy-now-pay-later services such as Klarna and Clearpay. Gift cards cannot currently be redeemed for online purchases.

Wilko typically takes part in a number of recurring seasonal sales events throughout the year, including a spring cleaning-focused promotion, a summer sale, Black Friday, and Christmas and Boxing Day sales. These periods tend to bring wider reductions across categories such as homeware, DIY, gardening, and seasonal decorations, though specific discount levels vary by event and year.

In addition to its own website, wilko has partnered with delivery platforms such as Deliveroo in selected areas, allowing customers to order a range of products for faster delivery, subject to minimum and maximum spend limits and geographical availability.
