Sport and Leisure Offer 8 October 2026

One-man delivery is offered free of charge to most UK mainland addresses on the majority of products. Some locations, including Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and other UK islands, may incur an additional surcharge and can take longer to receive, typically between two and five working days. A next day delivery service is available on eligible items when orders are placed before 1pm on a working day. Larger or heavier items, such as slate bed pool tables, are delivered via a pallet courier and may require additional assistance to unload. An optional two-man delivery service is also available for a small surcharge, which is recommended for items weighing over 35kg.

Sport and Leisure UK maintains a dedicated "Sales Specials" section on its website, where discounted products are listed. There is also a separate "Refurb Specials" category featuring refurbished items at reduced prices. The retailer states that when it benefits from manufacturer price reductions or favourable exchange rates, these savings are passed on to customers, with details of current price cuts shown within individual product categories as well as on the specials pages.

Klarna is available as a payment method at checkout, allowing customers to spread the cost of their order. Options include paying the full amount at the time of purchase, paying in three instalments over 60 days, or deferring payment by 30 days. These plans are interest-free, though Klarna's Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days services are unregulated credit agreements, and a deposit may be required depending on the order value and the customer's credit status.

Products purchased from Sport and Leisure UK typically come with a twelve month warranty on most items. Customers with a complaint or query are directed to contact the company's customer services team by email or telephone, with an acknowledgement promised within 24 hours. Any transit damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and the delivery note should be marked accordingly at the time of receipt to support any claim.

As with other UK online retailers, customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to give a reason, in line with standard UK consumer rights. Anyone wishing to return an item is asked to contact the company first to obtain a returns reference number and the correct return address before sending goods back. The buyer is generally responsible for the cost of returning items, and any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling of the goods may be deducted from the refund.

Sport and Leisure UK runs periodic promotional events across the year in line with common UK retail sale periods, such as Black Friday and the Boxing Day sales period, when discounted pricing is applied across selected product ranges. Shoppers looking for reduced prices on fitness equipment, games tables or garden leisure products may find the best availability of discounted stock during these periods, in addition to the retailer's ongoing Sales Specials and Refurb Specials sections.
