Sock Shop Promo Code 6 October 2026

SockShop provides free standard UK delivery on orders over £40. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat delivery fee. Full details of delivery options, timescales and costs are set out on the retailer's dedicated delivery information page.

New customers who sign up to the SockShop email newsletter are offered ten per cent off their first order. This is presented on the website as a pop-up and footer sign-up form, and shoppers are asked to agree to the brand's privacy policy when subscribing.

Alongside the first-order discount, subscribing to the SockShop mailing list gives access to updates on new arrivals, seasonal collections and upcoming sales. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, though the retailer notes that emails may continue to arrive for a short period afterwards while the request is processed.

SockShop has been listed as a participating retailer on student discount platforms such as Student Beans, where students can access a percentage reduction after verifying their student status. Shoppers may also find student savings available through TOTUM, a UK student ID scheme, which some customers have reported using for a discount on SockShop purchases. As these schemes are run by third parties, current availability, terms and discount levels should always be checked directly on the relevant platform before shopping.

SockShop has offered a discount for NHS workers on full-price items, along with free delivery, typically accessed through an NHS discount verification scheme rather than applied automatically. Shoppers eligible for this type of offer should confirm current terms before completing a purchase, as such schemes can change or be withdrawn.

No verifiable information could be found confirming an active customer referral scheme on Sock Shop at this time.

No verifiable evidence was found of a formal points-based loyalty or rewards programme on the SockShop website. Instead, the retailer's main ongoing incentives are its newsletter discount and regular sales across its product ranges.

SockShop allows amendments or cancellations within a short window after an order is placed, generally within the first hour, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Requests are typically made by contacting customer services directly with the order number and details of the change required. Once this window has passed, or once an order has been sent out, any changes must go through the standard returns process instead.

SockShop offers a returns service allowing customers to send back unwanted items for a refund or replacement. Feedback shared by customers on independent review platforms has generally described the returns process as straightforward, with the option to choose between a refund or exchange.

SockShop runs a sale section year-round, with additional promotional periods around recognised UK shopping events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, as well as the Boxing Day and January sales. The retailer also tends to introduce clearance ranges at the end of a season, when older stock and discontinued styles are reduced to make way for new arrivals. Christmas-themed socks and gift sets are also a recurring seasonal feature, particularly in the run-up to the festive period.

Alongside standard card payments, SockShop supports payment via Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, giving customers a choice of checkout methods. Full terms for Klarna's payment options are detailed on the retailer's own information page.

SockShop has publicised a partnership with Ecologi, a platform through which businesses fund tree-planting and climate projects. The brand has also stated it supports a number of UK charity partners, including organisations connected to diabetes care, podiatry, sleep health and LGBT+ support, reflecting some of the specialist areas covered by its product range.
