Dexam Promo Code 2 October 2026

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £40, taking around three to five working days; orders under this amount are charged at £4.94. Express next-day delivery is free on orders over £100, or £6.95 for orders below that threshold. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, the Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland typically take two to four working days. Express orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are generally dispatched for next-day arrival, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

New visitors to the website are invited to subscribe to the Dexam newsletter in exchange for a discount on their first order. The offer appears as a sign-up prompt on the site and applies once an email address has been submitted, with the usual condition that customers can unsubscribe at any time.

Joining the mailing list keeps customers informed about new product launches, collection updates and company news. It is also the main channel Dexam uses to flag sales, seasonal promotions and any time-limited discounts, making it a useful way to stay up to date without needing to check the site regularly.

There is no dedicated, verifiable student discount scheme confirmed directly through Dexam. Students wishing to save on purchases are best served by checking the newsletter sign-up offer and any seasonal sales running on the site at the time of purchase.

No official loyalty points programme or refer-a-friend scheme is currently confirmed on the Dexam website. Customers looking for ongoing savings are advised to rely on the newsletter and the site's dedicated Offers and Outlet sections instead.

Returns are free on orders over £40. Faulty or misdescribed items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, including the cost of the return post. Items can also be returned for any reason within 90 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging, with the original postage refunded. For faults arising later, Dexam offers repair, replacement or refund options within six months, and further protection of up to six years applies where a product fails to last a reasonable length of time, in line with UK consumer rights.

Dexam takes part in seasonal shopping events over the course of the year, including promotions around Black Friday and the Christmas and New Year period. The site also maintains an ongoing Offers section and an Outlet area for reduced-price and clearance stock, which are refreshed periodically rather than tied to a single fixed calendar date.

Standard delivery through the website currently covers the UK, including the Channel Islands, the Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland. Customers outside these areas wanting delivery further afield, including within Europe, are advised to contact Dexam's customer services team directly by phone or email for a quote, as export options are handled on a case-by-case basis.
