Yes. Buddylicious offers free shipping on all orders over £25. Standard UK delivery takes two to three working days, and orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on working days using a tracked service. Customers in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles may be charged an additional shipping fee.

Subscribers to the Buddylicious newsletter receive updates on new products, blog content and promotional offers. Signing up requires acceptance of the site's terms and conditions and provides a way to stay informed about the brand's latest treats and announcements.

Buddylicious allows returns within 14 days of receiving an item if the product is faulty or incorrect. Items must be sent back in their original packaging using a tracked and signed-for service, and a full refund is issued once the return is received. The company does not cover return postage costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error, and it cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit.

Buddylicious welcomes retailers interested in stocking its products. The brand operates as a Top Shop rated seller on Faire, where trade customers can browse its full product range and access trade pricing. Retailers wishing to enquire directly can also get in touch through the Buddylicious contact page.

According to the brand's own FAQ, Buddylicious treats are not formally labelled as organic, even though many are made using natural ingredients. This is because official organic certification requires proof that the source animals were raised exclusively in fully controlled, fenced environments, which cannot always be guaranteed.

Buddylicious recommends storing all treats in a cool, dry place to help preserve their quality and freshness for as long as possible.
