Bella and Duke deal valid in November 2026

New customers signing up for a Bella + Duke subscription can often access introductory savings on their first few orders of food as part of sign‑up promotions. These welcome promotions have included discounted pricing on initial boxes, with terms and values varying by campaign and subject to eligibility and availability.

Yes. Existing customers can participate in the Bella + Duke refer‑a‑friend programme, sharing a unique referral code with friends and family. When a friend signs up and places an order using that code, both referrer and referee become eligible for benefits as defined in the current terms.

While Bella + Duke does not currently operate a traditional points‑based loyalty scheme, subscribers enjoy included benefits via the company’s “Get More” programme. These can include discounted natural treats and care products, free access to 24/7 video vet support and exclusive partner offers.

Subscribers can see savings on complementary items such as treats and supplements, with opportunities to add these to regular deliveries at reduced prices through the customer portal.

Free delivery via DPD is included for most customers on the UK mainland as part of the subscription. The service offers flexibility to change order size, adjust feeding amounts, amend delivery dates or cancel the subscription altogether from your account.

Promotional activity in past periods has included campaigns with tiered savings on a sequence of pet food boxes and partner‑linked discounts aimed at specific customer groups. These events are time‑limited and subject to change.
