Free UK shipping is available on orders above a set spending threshold, with the exact figure displayed at checkout and on the shipping banner. Orders that fall below this amount, along with international deliveries, are charged shipping costs calculated during checkout. UK orders typically arrive within two to five working days after dispatch, while international orders can take between one and two weeks, with tracking details sent by email once an order has been sent out.

Subscribers to the Animus Physique newsletter receive updates on promotions, new product launches and sales, along with a discount code offered as an incentive for signing up. The brand describes this as a way for shoppers to stay informed about offers before they are more widely advertised.

A referral programme is promoted on the website, allowing customers to share the brand with others. Full terms of the scheme are accessible through a dedicated link on the site, though the specific rewards are not detailed on the main pages reviewed.

No dedicated loyalty or points-based rewards scheme is described on the site at the time of writing. Ongoing benefits are instead offered through the newsletter and referral programme mentioned above.

Unworn items with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within four weeks of receipt. Customers wishing to start a return or arrange a size exchange are asked to contact customer support by email with their order details, after which instructions are provided.
