The store's main offering is the {THE AND} card game series, organized around different relationships including couples, long-term partners, dating, friends, and family. Alongside these are the Honest X intimacy-focused card decks, the Kidulting prompt game, and a published book on building deeper conversations. Most decks are available as a physical edition, a digital edition, or a combined physical-and-digital bundle, giving customers flexibility in how they use the product.

Yes. The site features a dedicated "Bundle & Save" section where customers can combine multiple decks, such as {THE AND}, Honest X, and Kidulting products, into curated packages. According to the site, bundling can reduce the total price by around fifteen percent or more compared to buying items separately, with options ranging from smaller two-deck bundles to a larger "Ultimate Bundle" that includes the brand's full catalog.

The Skin Deep offers free standard shipping within the United States on orders that meet a minimum purchase amount, as stated on the official FAQ page. Orders that fall below this threshold are charged standard shipping rates at checkout. International orders may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, or fees depending on the destination country.

Customers can sign up for The Skin Deep's newsletter through a subscription link found on the site. Subscribers can expect access to articles about relationships and connection, behind-the-scenes brand content, and updates on new product releases. The company's FAQ page directs interested customers to its content hub, The Bridge, where the newsletter signup is located.

Physical products can be exchanged if they are returned in their original condition, including any plastic wrapping, within fourteen days of the purchase date. Outside of cases involving faulty or incorrect items, customers are responsible for covering new shipping costs on an exchange, and the company's policy states that refunds are not typically issued for standard returns or exchanges. Digital products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been downloaded, due to their nature as digital goods.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers are asked to contact The Skin Deep's support team within fourteen days of receiving the order. The request should include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. Once reviewed and approved, the company will arrange either an exchange or a refund at no extra cost to the customer.

Customer support is available by email, and shoppers are encouraged to include their order number along with a description of their issue for faster resolution. The company's FAQ notes that orders are processed and fulfilled automatically once placed, meaning shipping details, products, or contact information generally cannot be changed after checkout. Customers are advised to double-check all order details before completing a purchase.

The Skin Deep periodically runs promotional pricing on select bundles and products, as reflected by "sale price" listings shown alongside regular prices across various bundle and product pages. Promotional activity around major shopping periods, such as year-end holiday sales, has also been referenced in relation to potential shipping delays during high-demand periods. Specific discount amounts tied to any particular seasonal event were not confirmed through official sources and are therefore not detailed here.
