Today's Lifestyle offers free UK delivery on orders over £25. A next-day delivery service is also available for mainland UK orders, provided they are placed before the stated cut-off time on a working day. Orders are generally dispatched within one working day, although dispatch may take a little longer during busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas.

The site regularly runs percentage-based discounts on selected brands, such as reduced prices across ranges including Durance, Adopt, Fillerina and Apivita. These offers are shown on the dedicated Offers & Gifts page and tend to change periodically, so shoppers are advised to check the site directly for the most current promotions rather than relying on a fixed list of discounts.

Yes, Today's Lifestyle has previously run promotions offering a complimentary gift with every order, such as a free face mask automatically added to the customer's basket at checkout. As with brand discounts, gift-with-purchase promotions are subject to change and are best checked on the current offers page before placing an order.

Today's Lifestyle runs a Reward Points programme for registered account holders. Customers earn points for product purchases, for placing an order, for leaving product reviews, and for signing up to an account, with an additional bonus awarded on their birthday. Points can later be redeemed against future orders, subject to a minimum cart value and a capped discount per order. Full details of how points are earned and redeemed are set out on the site's dedicated Reward Points page.

Today's Lifestyle operates an affiliate programme, allowing approved partners to sign up and earn commission by referring customers to the site. This differs from a typical customer-to-customer referral scheme, as it is aimed at content creators, bloggers and other partners rather than existing shoppers referring friends.

Today's Lifestyle provides a returns and refund process for customers who are not satisfied with their order, as outlined on its Return & Refund Policy page. As with any online retailer, customers are encouraged to review the specific terms, including any time limits and conditions for returning items, before making a purchase.

Today's Lifestyle has previously featured seasonal promotions around Christmas, including festive product ranges and gift sets from brands such as Durance. Availability and timing of seasonal collections vary from year to year, so shoppers are advised to check the site during the relevant season for current festive stock and offers.
