Diecast Coupons October 16, 2026

The retailer periodically distributes coupon codes and promotional offers to shoppers who sign up for its email newsletter. According to the site's own policy pages, coupon codes are entered in the shopping cart before checkout is completed. Certain items are excluded from coupon use: products listed in the closeout category are not eligible for any coupons, discounts, or promotions, and if a closeout item is combined in the same cart with regular-priced products, only the non-closeout items will receive the discount.

Yes. Orders placed for in-store pickup at the company's Los Angeles-area warehouse are excluded from any coupon codes, promotions, or other discounts, and pickup orders can only be paid for in cash.

Shoppers can sign up for the site's newsletter using a name and email address, typically through the sign-up form found in the site footer. According to the FAQ, subscribers receive new arrival notifications and coupon codes by email, and an unsubscribe link is included at the bottom of each message for anyone who wants to opt out.

The company runs an affiliate program through Commission Junction, a widely used affiliate marketing network. Individuals or website owners interested in earning commissions by promoting Diecast Models Wholesale products can apply to join through the affiliate sign-up link provided on the site's Affiliate Program page.

Diecast Models Wholesale maintains a separate contact channel for wholesale inquiries, distinct from general customer service. Businesses or bulk buyers interested in wholesale pricing can reach out through the dedicated wholesale email address listed on the About Us page.

The company advertises a flat shipping rate of $9.95 regardless of how many items are purchased, applicable to physical addresses within the 48 continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority service instead. The company states that 99% of orders ship within one business day, using USPS or FedEx for standard flat-rate shipments and UPS for expedited orders placed before 1 p.m. Pacific time.

The site maintains a dedicated Closeout Items section featuring discounted and final-sale diecast models. Items in this category are sold at reduced prices but are explicitly excluded from any additional coupons, promotions, or other discount codes.

Oxford Diecast is one of the brands carried on the site, including smaller-scale vehicles such as N-scale models. Pricing on Oxford Diecast products follows the same structure as the rest of the catalog, meaning any applicable site-wide coupon codes can generally be used unless the specific item falls under the closeout category.

Diecast collectors following the site have observed that Diecast Models Wholesale has participated in seasonal shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other year-end promotional windows in the past, along with periodic clearance events throughout the year. Shoppers interested in timing a purchase around one of these events are encouraged to watch the homepage or subscribe to the newsletter for announcements, since the availability and scope of any seasonal promotion can vary from year to year.

The company offers returns on domestic orders within thirty days of purchase. Customers are asked to email customer service to receive return or exchange instructions, and a reply is typically provided within 24 hours. Items must be returned unopened, in original manufacturer packaging, and undamaged; the original shipping cost is generally not refunded if an order is returned for reasons other than a defect.
