Old World Christmas Deals valid in October 2026

Yes. Standard ground shipping within the United States is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat shipping rate. Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days, with most continental U.S. deliveries arriving within five to fifteen business days. International shipping is also available, though rates vary by destination and not every product qualifies for international delivery.

Customers who join the Old World Christmas email list receive regular updates on new ornament releases, seasonal product launches, and site content from the brand's blog. The company states it sends emails a couple of times per week and does not share subscriber information with third parties. Signing up is a useful way to stay informed about limited releases, since popular and seasonal designs can sell out quickly.

The site periodically features promotional pricing on select product categories, such as discounted décor items or seasonal collections, which are highlighted directly on the homepage or category pages when active. Shoppers are encouraged to check the site regularly, as featured savings and discounted items rotate based on inventory and time of year.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving their order, provided the original receipt is included. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly, Old World Christmas covers the return shipping cost with a prepaid label and issues a refund or replacement. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

Customers who need to modify or cancel an order should contact customer support as soon as possible after placing it, since changes can only be made before the order ships from the warehouse. Once a package has left the facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

No verifiable information confirms an official points-based loyalty or rewards program on Old World Christmas at this time.
