Whipsnade Zoo Promo Code 9 October 2026

Whipsnade Zoo says it does not routinely offer a large number of discounts or deals. Instead, it maintains selected long-term arrangements and occasional special offers. The official offers page should therefore be checked before buying, rather than relying on an unverified Whipsnade Zoo discount code, promo code, voucher code or coupon.

Yes. Whipsnade Zoo states that its best-value admission tickets are available online in advance, with the lower online prices applying to bookings made before 10am on the day of the visit. Buying at the entrance, or online from 10am on the visit date, costs more.

Students with valid identification qualify for the concessionary ticket rate. This is a ticket category rather than a promotional discount code, so a separate Whipsnade Zoo student promo code is not required according to the current ticket information.

Disabled adults and children are eligible for the relevant concessionary admission rate, and one essential carer can enter free with each disabled visitor where required. Supporting documentation showing the need for a carer may be requested.

A current Whipsnade Zoo offer provides 50% off the walk-up admission price when visitors travel to the Zoo by bus or train. A valid bus or train ticket for the date of the visit must be shown at the entrance for each ticket purchased under the promotion. The offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with another promotion.

Yes. Whipsnade Zoo currently participates in the Blue Peter badge scheme, allowing qualifying badge holders to visit free of charge. One full-paying adult is required for each qualifying child, with the adult ticket purchased on arrival. Different conditions apply where a disabled child with a Blue Peter badge requires a carer.

Whipsnade Zoo offers Gold and Silver memberships, both providing unlimited entry to Whipsnade and London Zoos for a year. Gold membership additionally includes benefits such as discounts in Zoo shops and restaurants, discounts on animal experiences, reduced car entry at Whipsnade, and discounts on selected events.

Yes. Tickets bought through ZSL or eligible National Rail purchases can be put towards membership when the upgrade is made within 14 days of the visit. The cost of eligible tickets is deducted from the membership price, and annual Direct Debit membership currently provides a further saving compared with the standard membership price.

Some membership-related ticket savings are available. Gold members who renew by Direct Debit receive two half-price Zoo tickets per member each year, while ZSL Fellows receive two half-price tickets when joining and renewing. Eligible members can access these benefits through their membership account during the booking process.

Whipsnade Zoo's newsletter provides updates about animal news, conservation and science, upcoming events, experiences and offers. This can be useful for visitors who want to hear about new Whipsnade Zoo offers and seasonal opportunities as they are announced.

Seasonal activities are available throughout the year. The current 2026 calendar includes Halloween family activities from 24 October to 1 November and Christmas at Whipsnade Zoo from 21 November to 24 December. Christmas activities include Meet Santa sessions, festive crafts, animal talks and other family activities.

Yes. Whipsnade Zoo's Weather Buster or Rainy Day Guarantee can provide a free return visit when qualifying weather conditions occur during a visit. The guarantee applies to qualifying tickets bought online in advance and is subject to its terms and conditions.

Whipsnade Zoo offers discounted admission for eligible visitors receiving Universal Credit. These tickets are intended to make visits more accessible and are subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and terms.
