Velvet Candies Offer 6 October 2026

New customers can receive ten per cent off their first order by signing up with an email address through the site's newsletter sign-up prompt, known as the "Candy Club". This welcome offer is presented as part of joining the mailing list rather than a separate one-off code.

Subscribing to the Candy Club newsletter gives access to the ten per cent first-order discount mentioned above, along with ongoing exclusive deals, updates on new flavour launches, and mentions of birthday surprises for subscribers.

Free shipping is available, though the qualifying spend has appeared at different thresholds across the site, ranging from twenty pounds up to fifty pounds depending on the page viewed. Shoppers are advised to check the free delivery banner or shopping bag summary at checkout, as this will confirm the current threshold in place for their order.

Yes, the retailer ships beyond the UK, with delivery available to more than fifty countries across Europe and further afield. This makes it possible for customers living outside Sweden or the UK to order authentic Swedish sweets and have them delivered to their door.

The site's FAQ page references a question about a rewards or loyalty programme, though no further verifiable detail on how such a scheme works, or whether one is currently active, could be confirmed.

Customers can create a personalised box by selecting from a range of gummies, fizzy sweets, foam sweets and liquorice through the "Build Your Own Box" feature, allowing shoppers to tailor their order to their own taste preferences.

Velvet Candies accepts a broad range of payment options, including major cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, and the buy-now-pay-later service Klarna.
