The Entertainer Offers 7 October 2026

Yes. Shoppers who join the Toybox Rewards Club receive a 10% welcome discount code by email. The code is valid for 30 days from the date of the welcome email and can be used once per registered member. It is worth noting that LEGO products, gift cards, and certain online-only items are excluded from this offer, so it is best to review the basket before applying the code at checkout.

Toybox Rewards is The Entertainer's loyalty programme, which replaced the earlier Jack's Birthday Club. Members receive personalised rewards including a welcome discount, a birthday discount, and access to exclusive promotions sent directly by email. Rewards are non-transferable and subject to specific terms outlined in each reward communication. To take advantage of the scheme, shoppers must maintain an active email address and keep their account details up to date, as offers are delivered digitally.

Toybox Rewards members can register a child's birthday through their account. Approximately three weeks before the birthday, a 10% discount code is sent by email, with a reminder issued a week before the date. The code is valid for 30 days and can be used once on orders up to £400 in value. As with the welcome code, LEGO products and gift cards are not included in this offer. Registering a birthday at least three weeks in advance is essential, as codes registered closer to the date will only be issued the following year.

Free standard delivery applies to all orders of £39.99 or more, with items typically arriving within two to three working days. For orders under this threshold, a delivery charge applies. Shoppers who need items more quickly can opt for express delivery, which becomes free on orders of £75 or above. Click & Collect is also available at no cost, with in-stock orders usually ready for collection within 30 minutes of being placed.

The Entertainer offers a discount to NHS workers and other eligible key workers, including emergency services personnel, through Blue Light Card and Health Service Discounts. Eligible shoppers can verify their status through either platform to unlock the saving. This can be a useful ongoing benefit for families who buy toys regularly, particularly ahead of birthdays and key gifting occasions.

The Entertainer's dedicated Offers section on The Entertainer regularly features multi-buy promotions, bundle deals, and clearance lines with significant price reductions. The Reduced to Clear section in particular can offer substantial savings on a rotating selection of toys, so checking back frequently is worthwhile. The retailer also runs a Lowest Price Guarantee on a large number of products, which are clearly labelled on the website, making it straightforward to identify where prices have been matched competitively.

Seasonal sales are a regular feature of the retail calendar at The Entertainer. The retailer is known to take part in Black Friday with notable promotions, and post-Christmas clearance events in January can see particularly strong reductions across the range. An autumn Red Hot Toy Sale is also observed in the run-up to Christmas, which tends to attract significant interest from gift buyers. Signing up for advance alerts is the most reliable way to be notified when these events begin.

Subscribers to The Entertainer's mailing list receive early notification of upcoming sales, exclusive promotional codes, and alerts when popular lines are restocked. This is especially valuable during busy periods such as Black Friday and the Christmas run-up, when top toys can sell out quickly. Newsletter subscribers have also historically received early access to events such as the Penny Sale, which offers deeply discounted toys for a limited time.

The Entertainer offers Klarna as a payment option, allowing customers to split their purchase into three interest-free monthly instalments. The site also accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay, giving a range of payment flexibility to suit different shoppers.

E-gift cards are available from The Entertainer in denominations ranging from £10 to £50. They are delivered by email and carry no expiry date, making them a practical option when the right toy is uncertain or when buying for someone at short notice.
