Frequently Asked Questions
Are there sosweet discount codes available?
Codes do appear from time to time, but they change often and are usually tied to short-term sales. At the time of research, the site itself was promoting an 18% saving with a seasonal code in a banner. Third-party coupon websites list many other codes, though their details and expiry dates frequently disagree with one another. The safest approach is to check the banner at the top of the site and enter any code at checkout to see whether it is accepted.
Is there a welcome offer for new customers?
No standing first-order discount was confirmed on the official website. Some coupon sites mention new-customer or app-related codes, but these could not be verified as permanent offers. Anyone shopping for the first time may find it worthwhile to look at the sale section and the bundle ranges, which show reduced prices directly on product pages.
How can free delivery be unlocked?
The site displays a banner offering free shipping on orders of £40 or more. Standard delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days, and next working day delivery is available for orders weighing up to 30kg, with the price calculated at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day, while those placed after 2pm on a Friday and over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. Click and collect is also mentioned, with collection available between 7am and 6pm from Monday to Friday.
Are there bundles and mystery boxes that offer better value?
Multi-buy products are a regular feature. Sweet bundles, 1kg to 3kg bags, and mystery boxes in American, Asian, crisp and drinks varieties are all listed, some with a reduced price shown against the original. These can work out better value than buying items individually, though mystery box contents vary by design, so it helps to read the product description before ordering.
What are the benefits of following SoSweet online?
The brand has a large social following, with nearly one million followers on TikTok according to the site, where new product launches and live events are shared. It is also active on Instagram and Facebook. Following these channels is a practical way to spot new arrivals and trending sweets, although no exclusive subscriber discount could be confirmed for the newsletter.
Which seasonal ranges does SoSweet feature?
Seasonal collections observed on the site include Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Eid, along with advent calendars, gift ideas, party sweets, wedding sweets and gender reveal products. Halloween products were among the new arrivals at the time of research. Specific discount levels for these events are not stated here, as they change from year to year.
What payment options and returns rules apply?
The checkout accepts major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay, and the FAQs also describe interest-free instalments through Clearpay. Because the products are perishable, returns are not accepted. If an order arrives damaged, the shop asks for written notice to hello@SoSweet with photographs, and a refund for damaged items is only offered where the parcel was signed for as damaged on receipt.
Are there physical SoSweet shops?
Yes. The business also trades from physical stores across the South West of England, starting from pop-up shops set up after it entered the confectionery trade in 2009. The site's About page mentions 15 locations and a larger new store on the way, while the homepage refers to 11 stores, so the exact number is unclear. The Our Stores page on the website is the best place to check current locations.
