Relish discount codes valid in October 2026

Yes. New visitors who sign up with their email address are offered 10% off their next order, along with access to hundreds of free activity ideas published on the site. The discount code is typically sent by email shortly after signing up, so it's worth checking the inbox (and spam folder) after subscribing.

Free UK standard delivery is available once an order reaches a qualifying spend threshold, with the exact figure shown at checkout and on the delivery information page. Orders that fall below this threshold are charged standard delivery rates, which are also displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Relish offers a 30-day free returns window, giving customers time to decide whether a product is right for their situation before committing. Full details of how to arrange a return, along with any exclusions, are set out in the retailer's refund policy page.

Relish has, at various points, promoted a referral arrangement allowing existing customers to earn rewards or discounts when friends or family make a purchase using their referral link. Availability of this scheme can change, so shoppers are advised to check the current terms on the site or in their account area before relying on it.

Relish maintains a wellbeing partners page that lists organisations offering additional support to carers and people living with dementia. Signing up to the Relish newsletter can unlock partner perks, such as trial periods or discounted access to services including online therapy, fitness and learning platforms, and dementia-specific video content. The specific offer, and whether it applies to UK or US customers, varies by partner, so it's worth checking the partner terms before signing up.

There is no clearly documented, ongoing points-based loyalty programme on the official Relish site at present. Shoppers who want the best value are generally advised to rely on the newsletter welcome offer, seasonal promotions, and any partner perks rather than expecting a dedicated rewards scheme.

Beyond the initial sign-up discount, subscribing to the Relish newsletter gives access to free activity ideas, wellbeing tips, and updates from the company's blog, which covers topics such as dementia stages, caregiving advice, and seasonal activity suggestions. Subscribers may also be notified of any partner discounts or limited-time promotions as they become available.

Relish has, in previous years, marked seasonal shopping periods such as Christmas and the New Year with promotional activity, alongside occasional sales tied to product categories like puzzles or games. As with many retailers, the presence and scale of these events can vary from year to year, so checking the site directly in the run-up to a particular season is the most reliable way to see what, if anything, is currently being offered.

Some third-party voucher sites have referenced NHS or blue light style discounts in connection with Relish, but this is not something clearly confirmed on Relish's own official pages. Anyone eligible for an NHS or student discount scheme is advised to verify current availability directly with Relish's customer service before assuming a discount applies.
