8.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and protect NIXI Body from any claims, damages, or liabilities stemming from their promotional efforts.

9. Amendments

9.1. NIXI Body reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

9.2. Affiliates will be informed of any changes through the AWIN platform, and continued participation signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
