Natural Collection deals valid in October 2026

Free UK delivery is available on orders where the value of goods reaches £50, though this threshold applies to the cost of products rather than shipping charges, gift wrap or any charity donation added at checkout. A small number of UK postcodes are excluded from the free delivery offer. Shoppers can also choose DPD Pickup, allowing parcels to be collected from a local store rather than delivered to a home address. For larger orders, deliveries over £100 are capped at a maximum shipping charge.

Customers can add a small amount to their order at checkout to support Trees for Life, a conservation initiative that Natural Collection partners with as part of its environmentally conscious approach to shipping. This voluntary contribution is aimed at helping to offset the carbon impact associated with delivering online orders.

Signing up to the Natural Collection newsletter gives customers access to updates on offers, new arrivals and seasonal promotions sent directly by email. Newsletter subscribers are typically among the first to hear about upcoming sales and any exclusive codes the retailer chooses to share with its mailing list.

Creating an account with Natural Collection allows customers to store delivery and payment details for future orders and to track the progress of purchases. This makes repeat shopping more convenient, though it functions as a standard account system rather than a points-based loyalty programme.

Natural Collection accepts Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo cards for online and telephone orders. Visa Electron is not accepted through either channel. Cheques and postal orders can also be used for purchases made by post.

Customers who are not satisfied with an item can return it within the standard returns window for a refund or exchange. During the festive period, Natural Collection has been known to extend this window, giving shoppers additional time to return Christmas purchases.

Natural Collection has been observed to take part in seasonal shopping events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other periodic sitewide promotions throughout the year. Details and availability of these events can vary each year, so checking the website directly during these periods is recommended for the most current information.
