Affiliate Terms for the 10% Discount Offer

These conditions apply to affiliates engaging in the Luff Sleep Awin programme while promoting the 10% discount.

Offer Promotion:

Affiliates are permitted to advertise a 10% discount on purchases made through luffsleep.co.uk.

Promotional Period:

Affiliates may promote the offer from Tuesday, 13th May 2025, to Sunday, 30th June 2025, inclusive. Promotion must cease by 23:59 BST on 30th June 2025.

Discount Code Usage:

It is essential for affiliates to utilise the official discount code Partner10, ensuring clear communication to the audience.

Offer Communication:

The terms of the offer must be explicitly stated to the audience, including the 10% discount, valid dates (13th May 2025 – 30th June 2025), and its application to purchases on luffsleep.co.uk.

Commission:

Commissions will be calculated on the net sales value (excluding VAT, shipping, and returns) post discount, in line with the rates established in the affiliate's Awin agreement.

Promotional Guidelines:

All promotional endeavours must align with the Luff Sleep Awin programme’s terms, Awin network policies, and relevant UK advertising standards (including ASA/CAP codes). Misleading advertising practices are strictly prohibited. Brand bidding on PPC platforms is not allowed without explicit written consent. The discount code should not be used on unauthorised platforms without prior approval.

Monitoring & Compliance:

Luff Sleep retains the right to oversee affiliate activities. Non-compliance with these conditions or Awin policies may lead to commission withholding or removal from the affiliate programme.
