This document details the terms for the Luff Sleep 10% discount, valid from 13th May 2025 to 31st July 2025.

Affiliate Terms & Conditions for the 10% Discount Offer

These conditions apply to affiliates engaged in the Luff Sleep Awin programme, promoting the discount offer.

Offer Promotion: Affiliates are permitted to advertise a 10% discount applicable to purchases made on luffsleep.co.uk.

Promotional Period: The offer can be promoted by affiliates from Tuesday, 13th May 2025 to Sunday, 30th June 2025 (inclusive). Promotion must cease by 23:59 BST on 30th June 2025.

Discount Code Usage: The official discount code, Partner10, must be communicated clearly and accurately to the audience.

Offer Communication: Affiliates should inform their audience about the offer terms, including the 10% discount, validity period (13th May 2025 – 30th June 2025), and that it applies to purchases on luffsleep.co.uk.

Commission: Commissions will be based on the net sales value (excluding VAT, shipping, and returns) after applying the 10% discount, per the affiliate's commission agreement with Luff Sleep.

Promotional Guidelines: All promotional activities must adhere to the Luff Sleep Awin programme terms and conditions, Awin network policies, and relevant UK advertising standards (including ASA/CAP codes). Misleading advertising practices are prohibited. Brand bidding on PPC platforms is not allowed without explicit permission from Luff Sleep. The discount code should not be used on unauthorised websites or platforms.

Monitoring & Compliance: Luff Sleep reserves the right to oversee affiliate activities. Non-compliance with these terms may result in withheld commissions or removal from the affiliate programme.

Offer Modification & Termination: Luff Sleep may alter or terminate this promotional offer at any time, providing reasonable notice when feasible.

Acceptance: By promoting this offer, affiliates accept these terms and conditions.
