Esrtech discount codes valid in November 2026

New customers who sign up for an account can receive a welcome discount as part of joining ESR's Super User membership scheme. Registering is free and does not require a purchase, and the discount is typically applied at checkout once an account has been created and email preferences set up.

Super User is ESR's tiered loyalty programme. Members earn points by completing actions such as filling out their profile, setting email preferences, making purchases, and referring friends. Points can then be redeemed for discounts or products. Bronze membership is open-ended and does not expire, while higher tiers are reviewed annually and require at least one qualifying purchase within a twelve-month period to be maintained. Benefits can include an extended warranty period, members-only offers, and other perks that vary depending on the tier reached.

Yes. Points earned are generally valid for one year from the date they are credited to an account. Members are encouraged to check their balance regularly and redeem points before they lapse, as expired points cannot be reinstated once removed.

ESR runs a "Refer a Friend" scheme through the Super User programme. Members can share a personal referral link, and rewards are generally issued once a referred friend completes a qualifying first order that is not later cancelled or refunded. Specific referral limits and reward amounts are outlined within the account dashboard once a member is signed in.

Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders once a minimum spend threshold has been reached, with the exact amount shown in the shopping basket as items are added. Free shipping is one of several standard benefits listed on the site, alongside a stated returns period and warranty cover.

The site advertises a money-back guarantee within a set return window, along with warranty protection on products. Super User members can benefit from an extended warranty period compared with non-members, as part of the loyalty scheme's tiered benefits.

ESR runs periodic seasonal promotions on the UK store, including events tied to the back-to-school period and summer collection launches. These campaigns typically feature limited-time product bundles and new seasonal print designs, though specific discount levels change between events and are displayed on the site at the time of the promotion.

The site includes an ESR blog covering buying guides, product comparisons, and tips related to device protection and accessories, such as guides on choosing phone cases or protecting devices while at school or working remotely. This content sits alongside standard customer support pages covering shipping, warranty, and order status queries.
