DirectTeethWhitening Discount Code 8 October 2026

No dedicated discount code, welcome offer or voucher scheme was identified on the site at the time of review. Instead, reductions are shown directly on product listings, with the original price crossed out beside the current price. Percentage labels such as "Best Seller" and "Almost Gone Offer" also appear on selected items, so it is worth checking the product page itself before adding anything to the basket.

Yes. An October Sale banner was running across the site during research, promoted alongside free UK delivery. Sales of this kind can change at short notice, so the current banner and product pages are the best guide to what is available.

The site advertises free UK delivery on all orders. The standard service is stated as taking up to seven working days to Mainland UK. Orders are dispatched from the USA, and a tracking email is sent automatically once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Anyone whose order has not arrived after seven working days is advised to get in touch with customer service.

According to the site's FAQ, orders are shipped from the US by airmail and no VAT, duties or taxes are charged on delivery. The same page notes that packages are declared as low-value gifts.

The retailer describes all products as authentic items from established whitening and oral-care brands, supplied by US suppliers. It refers to this as its Authentic Product Guarantee. The site also displays an "Excellent" rating based on more than 3,000 combined verified reviews, which can be read on its reviews page.

The FAQ states that the business trades as DHP INC, a registered company based in Florida, USA. This name appears on bank statements alongside the order number, and the company says it operates several websites under the same entity.

Most refill gels are sold without custom mouth trays. Trays can be bought separately from the site if they have not been supplied by a dentist, and each product page states clearly whether trays are included or required.

For those new to whitening or prone to sensitivity, the retailer suggests avoiding high-peroxide gels and looking at milder options, such as Crest whitening strips designed for sensitive teeth or whitening toothpastes. Lower-strength formulas work more gradually but still lift stains.

The site advertises 30-day returns with money back on unused items, marked with an asterisk. Full conditions are set out in the terms and conditions, so these are worth reading before ordering.

Checkout is processed securely through Stripe. Visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay are listed as accepted payment methods.
