These terms and conditions apply to all affiliates participating in the Bio-Synergy affiliate program who wish to promote the discount code SYNERGY10. By using this code in your promotional activities, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Offer Details

Discount: The code provides customers with 10% off their total order value.

Applicability: The offer is valid on all products available online at bio-synergy.uk, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Exclusions: The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, offers, or subscription orders. Bio-Synergy reserves the right to exclude certain products or categories from this promotion at any time.

2. Promotion & Usage Guidelines

Permitted Promotion: You are encouraged to promote this offer on your approved channels, including your website, blog, social media accounts, and email newsletters.

Accurate Representation: You must clearly and accurately represent the offer as 10% off. Misleading phrasing such as Save up to... or representing the discount as larger than 10% is strictly prohibited.

Voucher/Discount Code Websites: Affiliates operating voucher or discount code websites may only promote this code with explicit prior permission from the Bio-Synergy affiliate team. Unauthorised promotion on such sites may lead to commission reversals.

PPC & Paid Search Policy: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any brand terms, including but not limited to Bio-Synergy, Bio Synergy, or any misspellings and variations. You may not use brand terms in your display URL or ad copy. Bidding on the discount code itself (e.g., Bio-Synergy SYNERGY10) is also forbidden.

3. Commission & Attribution

Commission: You will receive your standard commission rate on the final transaction value (after the 10% discount has been applied) for all valid sales generated through your affiliate links.

Attribution: Sales will be attributed based on the last-click model, as per the standard program terms. The use of the discount code alone without a preceding click from your affiliate link may not result in a commission being awarded.

4. Validity & Termination

Offer Period: This is an ongoing offer and is valid until further notice.

Modification & Termination: Bio-Synergy reserves the right to modify the terms of this offer or terminate the discount code at any time without prior notice. We will endeavor to inform affiliates of any changes via the affiliate platform.

5. Compliance

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the reversal of commissions and, in serious cases, suspension or removal from the Bio-Synergy affiliate program.
