Batch LDN Offers 8 October 2026

Yes. Free shipping is included on all UK orders, and every order also comes with a complimentary garment bag. This makes it straightforward to shop online without worrying about additional delivery costs being added at checkout.

Batch London runs the Batch Members Club, a loyalty programme open to customers who sign up online. Members receive store credit that can be put towards purchases, invitations to private events, exclusive partner brand offers, access to a personal Batch Wallet, and perks at Batch HQ. The membership has recently been updated under a "Membership 2.0" refresh, making it more accessible to new customers who have not yet made a purchase.

Batch London offers a 14-day returns policy. If an order arrives and a customer has changed their mind, items can be returned within that window. Given the made-to-order nature of the brand, it is worth checking the current returns terms on the website before purchasing, particularly for bespoke or altered pieces.

In-store alterations are available, which is particularly useful as some off-the-shelf sizing may require minor adjustments such as sleeve or leg length. Batch London covers 50% of the alteration cost, making it a practical option for customers who want a more tailored fit without committing to fully bespoke pricing.

Batch London does periodically offer reductions on selected lines, and promotional deals have been seen across different seasons. Whilst specific discount amounts are not always publicised in advance, it is worth keeping an eye on the website around key seasonal events throughout the year. Signing up to the Batch Members Club is one way to stay informed about any upcoming offers or partner deals.

Gift cards are available to purchase directly through the website, listed under the accessories and gifting section. These can be a useful option for those looking to give someone the choice of selecting their own suit or garment from the range.

The most reliable way to catch a Batch London discount or promotional deal is to sign up for alerts through PriceReduc. The PriceReduc newsletter delivers verified voucher codes and offers directly to your inbox, so there is no need to search manually. Subscribing takes moments and ensures that any available batch discount or seasonal promotion is flagged as soon as it goes live.
