Appliance Superstore Offer 6 October 2026

Free standard delivery is available on orders over £600 to most UK postcodes, with a small charge applying to orders below that threshold. Standard delivery typically takes between three and seven working days, depending on stock availability and location, with customers in London, the South East, and the Home Counties generally receiving orders sooner. A limited number of postcodes, largely in remote or island areas, are excluded from the free delivery offer, though delivery can often still be arranged for an additional charge.

At checkout, shoppers can opt for a preferred delivery date. This is offered as a chargeable service, and while the retailer states it will make every effort to meet the requested date, this cannot be guaranteed. Where the preferred date cannot be met, the additional charge is refunded in full.

A price match service is available for customers who find an identical, in-stock item cheaper elsewhere. To qualify, the competing retailer must be a UK-based store or website (eBay listings are not accepted), and the product must be brand new and offered on the same terms, including any accompanying warranties or services. Price matches apply to the product price only and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions. Requests can be made by phone, email, or via an online form.

Customers have fourteen calendar days from the day after delivery to notify Appliance Superstore in writing if they wish to return an unwanted item, followed by a further fourteen days to send the goods back or arrange collection. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included, as they need to be resaleable as new. Special order, bespoke, ex-display, and clearance items are generally excluded from this policy unless found to be faulty or damaged. Any damage must be reported within forty-eight hours of delivery, while faults identified within fourteen days may qualify for an exchange or refund once verified.

Appliance Superstore periodically runs sale events and promotional periods across its range, along with brand-specific offers on selected products. The retailer has also taken part in consumer events such as Grand Designs Live, giving shoppers the chance to see appliances and get advice outside the usual showroom setting. Specific promotional periods and participating brands tend to change throughout the year, so checking the offers section of the website is the best way to see what is currently running.

Appliance Superstore provides a newsletter sign-up option through its contact form, allowing customers to stay informed about new products, promotions, and company updates. Subscribing does not require a purchase and can be done directly through the website.

The retailer highlights several additional advantages for customers, including a free appliance specification service to help shoppers choose suitable products, free parking and complimentary coffee at its Rochester showroom, and free storage in certain circumstances. Staff are described as having received direct training from manufacturers, aiming to provide impartial advice both online and in person.
