Xgimi Coupons October 5, 2026

The most consistent welcome incentive on the official stores is a newsletter offer. The US site promotes $10 off a next purchase for new subscribers, the UK site shows £10 off, and the EU site shows €10 off. The exact terms are set by each regional store, and the sign-up form links to a Notice of Financial Incentive that explains the conditions. Shoppers should read those details before subscribing, since the offer can change.

Yes, through the XGIMI Discount Program on the US store. Verified students can receive an extra 5% off selected projectors. The same program covers teachers, nurses, hospital staff, government employees, and military personnel. Eligibility is confirmed through ID.me, after which a personal discount code is issued for use at checkout.

A few limits apply. The code works only on the official US store, cannot be combined with other discount codes, and excludes the HORIZON 20 Series, refurbished units, and accessories. XGIMI also reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time. The page describing this program is published on the US store, so shoppers in other regions should check their local store for an equivalent.

Discount codes are tied to the store they were issued for. A code from the US store is meant for us.XGIMI, and the UK, EU, and German stores each handle their own offers and currencies. Shoppers looking for an XGIMI UK discount code, an EU discount code, or a Gutschein for the German store should therefore work from the matching regional site. Codes found on third-party coupon pages are often expired, limited to certain products, or unavailable on a given regional store, so they are worth testing at checkout rather than assuming they will apply.

Not always. The ID.me discount code, for example, cannot be stacked with other discount codes. Site-wide promotions and code-based offers can also exclude certain products, such as refurbished units, accessories, or specific projector series. The terms shown on each offer page or at checkout are the reliable guide.

Yes. The US store operates a Price Match Guarantee in two forms. Before buying, a shopper who finds a lower price on an identical, new product at a qualifying retailer can contact customer service with a link and a screenshot, and XGIMI reviews the request within one to three working days. After buying, a 30-day Price Guarantee lets a customer request the price difference if a lower price appears during the return window, with the refund going back to the original payment method.

There are notable exclusions. Clearance and refurbished items, bundle prices, marketplace sellers, coupon-based or cashback offers, and flash sales lasting under 12 hours are not matched. The guarantee applies to purchases made on XGIMI only.

According to the official shipping policy, XGIMI provides free shipping on all orders. Items ship from local warehouses in the US, the EU, and other regions, and a tracking number is emailed once an order leaves the warehouse. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after shipment. Coverage varies by store. The US site excludes areas such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, and the EU-facing stores list specific supported countries, so checking the shipping policy of the relevant regional store is worthwhile before ordering.

The US store offers a 30-day return and exchange window. Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping covered by the seller. Returns require the original packaging, all accessories, the 12-digit serial number, and proof of purchase.

Warranty length depends on the model. Many portable and earlier home projectors carry a one-year limited warranty, while newer lines such as HORIZON 20, TITAN, MIRA, and AURA are covered for two years, or longer where local law requires. Warranty service is available only in the country or region where the product was purchased.

XGIMI has run a 4K Upgrade program that accepted 4K projectors from any brand in exchange for a $100 voucher toward the HORIZON 20 Series. Applicants supplied proof of purchase for manual review, and the old device did not need to be returned. The program had a limited number of places, and the page currently states that all spots are claimed and asks visitors to stay tuned for the next round. Anyone interested should check the trade-in page for a future round rather than assuming it is open.

The EU store promotes an Official Refurbished section, described as offering a discount, certified quality, and a full warranty. Availability and terms differ by region, and refurbished units are commonly excluded from other promotions, so the details on the refurbished page should be reviewed first.

XGIMI runs an affiliate program aimed at bloggers, reviewers, forums, and content creators rather than at everyday shoppers. Participants earn a 5% commission on qualifying sales made through their referral link, with a 30-day cookie window, and sign-up is free through the Impact and Awin networks. Commissions are paid 60 days after a successful purchase with no refund request. The program does not currently give buyers a referral discount of their own.

Yes. XGIMI has run Black Friday events in past years, and its own blog documents a 2024 sale that ran from November 21 to December 2 and a 2025 event that ran from November 20 to December 1. These campaigns have typically spanned both Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with the brand describing reduced prices on projectors and accessories, free gifts with select products, and newsletter coupons. Offers change from year to year, so the store's Best Deals page is the place to see what is running at any given time.

The Best Deals page on the official store lists marked-down projectors and accessories, sometimes with free gifts on new releases, so a reduced price can apply without any code being entered. Launch-period benefits also appear around new products. Because these prices and bundles rotate, comparing the current sale price against the regular price on the product page is the most dependable way to judge a deal.

The safest routes are the ones published on the official store: the newsletter sign-up, the ID.me discount program, the price match guarantee, and the Best Deals page. Coupon websites frequently list codes with confident success rates that no longer work or that apply only to specific products. Testing a code at checkout and confirming the discount appears before paying avoids surprises.
