1. Affiliates are required to inform before using any coupon code in their promotional campaigns. The notification must include:

11.3 Failure to notify us of coupon code usage may result in revocation of the code, suspension of the affiliate account, or withholding of commissions.

2. Approval or Rejection of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

3. Affiliates are prohibited from using coupon codes in unauthorized ways, including but not limited to:

Posting on coupon websites without prior written approval.

Associating codes with paid advertising (e.g., PPC campaigns) that misrepresent the offer.

4. Restrictions

4.1 Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

4.2 Affiliates are not allowed to modify or create derivative codes.

4.3 Affiliates may not use coupon codes in a manner that violates AWIN’s policies or any applicable laws.

5. Expired codes must be removed promptly from all promotional materials.
