Yes. UPPER currently offers free U.S. ground shipping on orders of $75 or more on its product pages. Shipping methods and delivery conditions can vary by order, and UPPER notes that it does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Yes. The website invites visitors to join the UPPER weekly newsletter. The signup is presented as a way to stay in the loop, although the current site does not clearly state that subscribing automatically provides a welcome discount or other specific monetary benefit.

UPPER has run seasonal promotions. Its marketing emails included a Black Friday campaign in November 2025, and the site has also displayed promotions tied to events such as Mother's Day. Because these promotions can change from year to year, shoppers should check the current website for the terms of any active event rather than relying on an older promotion.

Yes. The store regularly displays sale pricing on selected products and bundles. Current and recently indexed product pages show reduced prices on some bags, accessories, and sets, while availability and eligible products can change.

For U.S. orders, UPPER's current return information states that unused products can generally be returned within 30 days, subject to the conditions on the return policy. The retailer also states that international orders are final sale. Return shipping costs and other conditions can apply, so the policy should be checked before placing an order.

No current student discount, referral program, or loyalty program could be verified on the UPPER website or through reliable supporting sources reviewed for this page. These benefits are therefore not included here.
