TESSAN Coupon Code October 3, 2026

Yes. The site invites visitors to subscribe to its email list in exchange for 10% off a first purchase, and the discount code is sent by email after signing up. Codes are entered in the "Discount Code" box at checkout, before payment. Third-party coupon sites list many other codes, but they change often and their validity is not confirmed by the store, so it is wise to check the code at checkout.

Yes. Anyone who creates a TESSAN account joins the loyalty program automatically. Members earn 100 points for every $1 spent, plus points for actions such as signing up, subscribing to the newsletter, writing reviews, following the brand on social media, or celebrating a birthday. Points can be exchanged for coupons (for example $2, $3, or $5 off) or selected free products, depending on what is available at the time.

The program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tiers are unlocked through cumulative spending, from $100 for Silver up to $1,000 for Diamond. Higher tiers earn points faster and add perks such as priority customer support, extended warranty upgrades, and selected new product trials.

Yes. The rewards program includes a referral feature. A member who refers a friend receives 10,000 points once that friend makes a purchase, and the friend receives a $5 off coupon.

Orders to the contiguous United States ship free when the subtotal reaches $39. Below that amount, a flat fee of $5.99 applies. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and similar remote regions are excluded from free shipping and have flat-rate fees instead. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after an order is processed, which usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Return shipping is covered by TESSAN when the return is due to a defect or a store error; otherwise, the customer pays for it.

Yes. Warranty coverage applies across the product range, and the length varies by product series. Details are listed in each product's user manual. Claims are handled by email with the order number and a photo or video of the problem. Loyalty members at higher tiers can also access extended warranty benefits.

Yes. TESSAN has run a dedicated Black Friday and Cyber Monday event on its website, and the 2025 edition was promoted in press releases around late November and early December. The store also features "Hot Deals" and "Flash Sale" sections, and a fall promotion with bundle savings and a free gift on larger orders was displayed on the site at the time of research. Offer details change from one campaign to the next, so the current terms are best confirmed on the site.

Checkout supports major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. Payments go through encrypted gateways, and product prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

Yes. TESSAN accepts wholesale and business orders through a separate site, tessansupply.com, where quotes can be requested from the sales team.

Questions about orders placed on the official website go to info@TESSAN or the Contact Us page, while Amazon orders are handled through support@TESSAN. Replies are typically provided within 24 hours on business days.
