Yes. Psylos1 runs a rewards program, referred to on the site as its loyalty or "Smile Rewards" program, that lets shoppers earn points with every purchase. Points can later be redeemed for discounts on future orders, and joining is free.

Psylos1 runs a brand ambassador and affiliate program open to anyone who wants to promote the brand. Participants start with a 10% commission on referred sales, with the option to progress to a 15% "Pro tier" rate. The program includes a 30-day tracking cookie, early access to new product drops, ready-made marketing assets such as look-book images and a logo pack, and payouts issued on a Net-15 schedule through an affiliate network.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving an order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Jewelry, intimates such as bodysuits and swimwear, gift cards, and items bought on sale or during promotional events are treated as final sale and cannot be returned. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when the return is not the result of a merchant error.

Psylos1 includes a newsletter sign-up option directly on its homepage, inviting visitors to subscribe for updates on new arrivals and brand news, which helps shoppers stay informed about current releases.
