Portmantos Promo Codes valid in November 2026

New subscribers to the Luggage Online mailing list are typically offered a one-time welcome discount code, along with early notice of new arrivals and upcoming sales. Like most retailer welcome offers, this code is subject to brand exclusions and may not apply to clearance or final-sale items. Shoppers who want these kinds of updates delivered automatically can sign up for PriceReduc newsletter alerts to keep track of current Luggage Online offers without having to check the site manually.

Luggage Online offers free ground shipping within the continental United States. Orders generally take one to three business days to process before leaving the warehouse, and UPS Ground delivery typically adds another three to eight business days depending on the destination. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada carry additional charges calculated at checkout, and a few premium brands are excluded from international shipping altogether.

Luggage Online backs its online pricing with a 110% Low-Price Guarantee, under which the retailer will match a verified lower price found elsewhere online and credit the difference. This guarantee applies specifically to online prices rather than in-store comparisons, so it is worth confirming the current terms before relying on it for a specific item.

Purchases come with a 30-day return window, and Luggage Online provides a free prepaid return label for eligible orders. Merchandise needs to be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund, since items returned in anything other than new condition can be subject to a restocking fee. Personalized or monogrammed products, along with final-sale items, are not eligible for return. The retailer has previously extended this window during the winter holiday season, so checking the current return terms before placing a late-year order is a good idea.

Luggage Online has offered a complimentary upgrade to next-day air shipping on select premium brands, including Tumi, Briggs & Riley, and Rimowa, for orders shipped within the continental United States. Express orders generally need to be placed before midday for same-day dispatch, since orders placed later in the day or over a weekend ship out the following business day.

Luggage Online runs a dedicated Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales event each year, often positioned as one of its largest promotions of the season for shoppers preparing holiday travel or gifts. As with other sitewide sales on the site, certain premium brands and already-discounted items are typically excluded from these seasonal promotions.

Luggage Online supports Buy with Prime, allowing eligible U.S.-based Amazon Prime members to check out using their Amazon account along with saved payment and shipping details. It's worth noting that promotional discount codes generally are not valid on orders placed through this checkout method.
