Paw Up Coupons valid in October 2026

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders below that threshold, or those needing faster delivery, can choose expedited or priority shipping for an added fee at checkout. Shipments are handled through a mix of carriers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL, with standard delivery generally taking a few business days. Paw Up currently ships only within the United States and does not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

PAWUP runs a giving-back initiative tied to purchases: for every product bought, the company donates a portion of the sale, typically a small dollar amount, toward pet rescue efforts supporting cats and dogs. The brand states it does not accept direct monetary donations from customers and instead frames purchases themselves as the way shoppers contribute. The site's donation page shares stories of rescued animals as part of this program.

Shoppers can subscribe to PAWUP's email newsletter directly from the homepage. The brand describes this as a way to stay informed about new product launches and upcoming sales. As with most newsletter sign-ups, specific perks can vary over time, so checking the confirmation email after subscribing is the most reliable way to see what is currently being offered.

PAWUP maintains a "Hot Sale" collection on its site, suggesting the brand runs promotional periods around discounted or marked-down items on an ongoing basis. Pet retailers in this space commonly participate in major shopping periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and shoppers who want to catch these windows can watch the Hot Sale page or the newsletter for updates, since specific timing and discount levels are not fixed year to year.

The catalog is organized by protein type and product form, including chicken, duck, beef, and cod or fish-based treats, along with fruit and vegetable options like sweet potato and pumpkin. Products are further grouped into canned and bagged formats, and there is a dedicated selection for cats in addition to the broader dog-focused range. Several collections target specific needs, such as weight management, rawhide-free chewing, and allergy-friendly formulas.

PAWUP lists a customer service email address, a phone number, and a physical business address in City of Industry, California, on its website. Order tracking is available through a customer account once a purchase has shipped, and the company states that questions about shipping are typically answered within one business day.
