Standard-size curtains can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt under Kurtens's commercial withdrawal policy. The product must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging with labels and accessories. Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are the customer's responsibility.

Made-to-measure curtains cannot generally be returned because they are produced according to the customer's personal dimensions and specifications. Customers who are concerned about measuring can use the site's measuring guidance before placing an order. Kurtens also offers an Exact-Fit Guarantee at checkout that can cover a remake when incorrect measurements are provided, subject to the guarantee's conditions.

Kurtens states that manufacturing defects, products that do not match the order, and damage occurring during transit are covered by its return and refund policies. When a claim is approved, the company covers the return costs and may provide a replacement or refund, subject to the applicable policy and claim procedure.
