Yes. The site states that free standard shipping applies to all orders, with no minimum purchase, across all U.S. states and territories. Orders of $75 or more are also listed as eligible for free priority shipping. Orders leave the Seattle warehouse Monday through Friday, and tracking information is provided so buyers can follow their parcel.

A dedicated Bundle Deals section groups several models into themed sets, including a Beginner Bundle, Star Wars Classic, Classic Car, Armor, Apollo, Boeing, Wild West, Musical Instruments, Bugs, and Tanks. The page description says shoppers can save up to 10% when buying models as a set. Since bundle contents and prices can change, it is worth checking the current listing before ordering.

The Gift Box Sets category is described as full sets of Metal Earth models suited to gift giving. Current listings include a Freight Train set and a Star Wars set featuring C-3PO and R2-D2, each with several metal sheets and a stated difficulty level. Gift wrapping is also available, and a personalized note can be added to the package.

According to the store's FAQ page, a voucher code goes into the promotional code field at checkout, located under the Shipping Estimate section. Only codes issued by the store or shared through its own channels should be relied upon, and eligibility can vary by item.

The site invites visitors to sign up for exclusive deals and updates, and the FAQ explains that newsletter subscribers are informed about new kits as soon as they become available. Following the store on social media is another way to see new arrivals, as the store regularly posts new releases there.

Each kit carries a difficulty rating, shown on the product page and on the packaging. Easy kits are meant for beginners and may be completed within about an hour. Moderate kits take around two hours, Challenging kits at least three hours, and Expert kits five hours or more. Recommended tools include tin snips or clippers for removing parts and tweezers or needle-nose pliers for assembly.

The store accepts PayPal and secure credit card payments. For international orders, PayPal is specifically recommended in the FAQ, since automated security checks can occasionally cancel card orders.

Returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit are accepted within 30 days after the order ships, provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is obtained first and the item is in new, resalable condition with its original packaging. Wrong, defective, or damaged items are handled through a quick exchange. Certain products may carry a 15% restocking fee, and items marked non-returnable, clearance, or close-out cannot be returned.

Yes, with some exceptions. The store ships in the United States and internationally, and shipping options can be reviewed before an order is placed. Customs fees are not included in shipping charges, and the buyer is responsible for them. The site also lists destinations where postal service is temporarily suspended, so availability depends on the country.

Seasonal activity has been observed on the site, including past Black Friday and Thanksgiving promotions and holiday shipping cut-off schedules published each December. The store also lists a Seasonal category. Promotions vary from year to year, so the site and newsletter are the most reliable places to confirm what is currently running. Orders placed for Christmas delivery should respect the posted cut-off dates, and the store notes that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

The FAQ explains that replacement parts for damaged or missing pieces can be requested directly from Fascinations, the maker of Metal Earth kits, through the manufacturer's help page. Printed instructions come in each package, and digital instruction sheets are available on each product page.
